JCE Group Gains ‘Made in Britain’ Accreditation – What Does This Mean?

JCE has over 30 years’ specialist experience in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of Ex Hazardous Area and Safe Area Electrical Control Systems. All of our design & manufacturing takes place in the UK, at our sites in Aberdeen and Plymouth, where our products are built and certified to internationally recognised standards.

We are one of the final remaining manufacturers of Ex d cast enclosures in the UK, with a wide range of Group IIB, IIB+H2 and IIC enclosures, that are ATEX, IECEx, EAC and KCS certified.

We are pleased to announce that, after a thorough assessment from the Made in Britain board, we are now authorised to display their logo on our products and promotions.

The Made in Britain logo is a mark of excellence, demonstrating that we are proud to be exporting from Great Britain.

Quality is of the highest importance throughout all of JCE’s processes as we operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We have maintained this certification for over 20 years.
