These terms set out the legal framework governing all transactions involving the supply of equipment and/or services by JCE Group (UK) Limited, JCE (Europe) Limited, and JCE Energy Limited. They define the rights and obligations of both JCE and its customers, covering key areas such as delivery, risk, warranties, intellectual property, pricing, liability, and dispute resolution.

By entering into any agreement with JCE, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any conflicting terms proposed by the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
