Purpose-built test kit

Our compact, handheld kit couples a precision vacuum gauge with a quick-fit hand pump:

1. Standalone mounting plate with Velcro™ strap – ideal when space is tight
2. Silicone vacuum line connects directly to the enclosure test point
3. Simple pump-and-hold procedure – achieve the specified vacuum, record the reading, return the enclosure to duty

If the target pressure is maintained for the required period, your equipment is safe to run until the next scheduled test.

• Onsite testing by CompEx-qualified engineers – we carry out the test, update your Ex register and issue a pass/fail certificate
• Operator training – we show your maintenance team how to perform the test safely and document the results
• Kit supply & calibration – purchase the kit outright, with annual calibration traceable to UKAS standards
